How long does the scanning process take?
The scanning time depends on the size of your property:
- 1–4 spaces: ~1 hour
- 5–10 spaces: ~1.5–2hours
- 11–15 spaces: ~2–3 hours
We will ensure the process is efficient and minimally disruptive.
Do I need to prepare my property before the scan?
Yes, we recommend tidying and decluttering each space to ensure your property looks its best. This includes removing personal items, cleaning surfaces and opening blinds or curtains for natural light. We will send out a staging guide before our visit.
Can the virtual tour include outdoor spaces?
Absolutely! We can include gardens, patios, balconies, or any other outdoor areas as part of your tour. Just let us know during the booking process.
Will someone need to be at the property during the scan?
Yes, we’ll need someone to grant access to the property. This can be the homeowner, an estate agent or a trusted representative.
How long does it take to receive my virtual tour?
You’ll typically receive your completed virtual tour within 2–3 business days after the scan. For larger properties or additional services, it may take slightly longer.
Can I make changes to the tour after it’s created?
Minor adjustments, such as correcting labels or improving specific visuals, can usually be made. Let us know your feedback and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.
Can I share the virtual tour on property websites or social media?

How does your pricing work?
Our pricing is based on two factors:
- The number of spaces in your property
- Your property's location
Each space, such as a bedroom, kitchen or hallway is counted individually to determine the total price.
The more spaces, the more scans and post-processing are required. Likewise, the further your property is, the more travel time is required.
What happens if my property has more than 15 spaces?
If your property has more than 15 spaces, we’ll provide a custom quote based on your specific needs. This ensures you get fair pricing tailored to the size and complexity of your property.
Do you offer discounts for bulk bookings?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for estate agents or clients who book multiple properties at once. Please contact us for details about our bulk pricing options.
Are there any additional fees?
All our packages include essential services like scanning, processing and delivering your virtual tour. Optional add-ons, such as floor plan creation, are available for an additional fee.
Do I need to pay upfront?
We require a small deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is paid before we deliver the final virtual tour to you.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations but can be transferred to a new booking if rescheduled.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the bespoke nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once the scan is completed and delivered. However, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.
How do I pay for your services?
We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or secure online payment links. You’ll receive a detailed invoice for your records.
