How it works
Our pricing is based on two factors:
- The number of spaces in your property
- Your property's location
More spaces mean more scans and post-processing work. Likewise, the further your property is, the more travel time is required.

Travel charges
We’re based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and the first 15 minutes of travel are free. For further distances, a travel fee may apply, see below:
Up to 15 mins: Free
15-30 mins: £35
30-45 mins: £60
45-60 mins: £75
What counts as a space?
Essentially, any area that someone can walk into or explore is considered a space in the tour, such as:
- Bedrooms
- Kitchens

Pay deposit
Secure your booking with a small, non-refundable deposit. This ensures your time slot is reserved and allows us to begin preparing for your scan.
Pay the balance
Once your virtual tour is ready to deliver, we’ll send you a preview. When you're happy with the result, pay the remaining balance to receive the final links to share online.
