• 3D tours are designed for marketing and informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for physical property inspections or evaluations.

4. Client responsibilities

• You are responsible for preparing the property for scanning, including cleaning, decluttering, and ensuring access on the agreed-upon date and time.
• You must ensure that any confidential or sensitive items are removed from view before the scan.

5. Intellectual property rights

• The 3D tours, images, and related content produced by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Once delivered, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the content for marketing purposes.
• The content may not be modified, resold, or distributed without our prior written consent.

6. Limitations of liability

• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the 3D tours or related content, including errors or omissions within the tour.
• We are not responsible for the performance of third-party platforms (e.g., property websites) where the content is hosted or shared.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur additional charges.
